55% royalties from month 5 onward

Monthly check-in meeting (virtual or in-person)
Funding Support for events after 4 months of paid engagement

Late Payments & Delays

Penalty: $10 / R150 / $12 CAD per late payment
Work may be delayed by up to 14 days
2 months unpaid = automatic termination

Termination Terms

30-day written notice required by either party
All pending work and payments must be completed during notice period
Contract nullified after 30 days
Failure to deliver or pay may result in legal action
